ALL ORDERS in the CONTINENTAL USA receive FREE shipping on orders over $100. We charge $5 to $15 for shipping on orders under $100.
We will ship items every normal business day (Monday-Friday). Saturdays are exempt from shipping and we are closed on Sundays. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping carriers. Ground Shipping takes 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. If you have an address that cannot be delivered by any of the existing shipping companies, please call and let us know.
Expedited orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day. Call (806)-795-8290 if you need expedited shipping and we will figure cost of shipping for you.
Sundays and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method or placing your pickup in-store order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you have chosen the pick-up in-store option we ask you choose when you would like your order to be picked up. Pick up orders will also be sent a fulfillment email when their order has been fulfilled and ready.
In any case there is an overload of orders, please be patient with us in fulfilling your order. If you need it by a specific time, please call ahead of time. Please wait until you receive your order fulfillment email to come pick up your order.

Oh no! It didn't work out? Here's what to do now:
We are sorry that your purchase didn't work out for you like you hoped. We understand. We are happy to offer you a 14 day return policy on all regular priced items. ALL RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT ONLY. We sell out of items quickly, therefore we are not able to guarantee that exact same item will still be available once we received your returned item.
All SALE or DISCOUNTED items will be final sale and not eligible for return.
Items will only be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- all items must be unwashed and unworn
- all items must be received within the 14 day return window
- Returning Brighton Items? Unworn items may only be exchanged for Brighton and tags must be attached.
- Returning Kendra Scott Items? Unworn items may be exchanged within 14 days. ColorBar and Birthday Discount Items are all FINAL SALE.
- Returning during Christmas? Unworn items will be accepted for return through January 15th.

Store Credit and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
