FREE Shipping on Orders Over $200*
All orders shipped within the continental USA qualify for FREE shipping on purchases over $200. For orders under $200, USPS Priority Mail shipping is available for approximately $10.00. Expedited shipping via USPS Express is also an option.
Additional Shipping Charges:
Packages or items weighing more than 5 lbs may incur additional shipping fees, including orders over $200 that would otherwise qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Schedule:
- We ship orders every normal business day (Monday-Friday).
- No shipping is conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Ground shipping orders require 1–3 business days for processing and shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
- Expedited orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST will ship the same day.
- For expedited orders, please call (806) 795-8290 to confirm the cost and ensure timely delivery.
In-Store Pickup:
- When selecting in-store pickup, you will be asked to specify your desired pickup date.
- You will receive a fulfillment email once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this email before arriving to pick up your order.
Order Updates and Tracking:

High-Order Volume:
During periods of high order volume, please allow extra time for order fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, we encourage you to call ahead.

RETURNS:
Oh no! It didn't work out? Here's what to do now:
We are sorry that your purchase didn't work out for you like you hoped. We understand. Furthermore, we are happy to offer you a 14-day return policy on all regular priced items. ALL RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT ONLY. We sell out of items quickly, therefore we are not able to guarantee the exact same item will still be available once we received your returned item.
All SALE or DISCOUNTED items will be final sale and not eligible for return.
Items will only be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- all items must be unwashed and unworn
- all items must be received within the 14-day return window
- Returning Brighton Items? Unworn items may only be exchanged for Brighton and tags must be attached.
- Returning Kendra Scott Items? Unworn items may be exchanged within 14 days. ColorBar and Birthday Discount Items are all FINAL SALE.
- Returning during Christmas? Unworn items will be accepted for return through January 15th.

Store Credit and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why haven't I received a refund?
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. The refund may take 3-5 business days in order to process.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
